0
I began to introduce smoothie to my son when he was around 8 months. His first smoothie was avocado banana smoothie. How he can avoid that smoothie, NO WAY! because avocado is one of his favorite fruits in the world!!.
Smoothie is a great way to make sure your baby is getting many healthy ingredients which are in a way of easy to digest. What I love about fruit smoothies is that you can squeeze plenty of nutrient-rich fruits into a single serving.
This Blueberry Banana smoothie is a kind of breakfast smoothie but you can give this to your kid any time of the day.

Blueberries are ranked among the healthiest fruits all time, in addition to the vitamins and other nutrients, these little berries are antioxidant rich. So try to include these berries in your family diet.
Banana is an ideal fruit for babies. These are easy to digest, rich with Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and Vitamin B2. One of the most important nutritional components of bananas is fiber.
I am sure this delicious beautiful Blueberry Banana Smoothie will be a favorite for your kids!!

Sweet Shells (For toddler)

0
Making your kid’s food in more creative or fun way, make them more willing to try them. My son loves those kind of funny shape things like strawberry flower, airplane sandwich, veggie scooter etc. Few days back while he was not having his breakfast, I made a cheerios tow truck (Check in my Instagram page) and he had all those cheerios by picking up each of them. Sometimes Mommy tricks will winJ.
This time I am sharing a sweet shell snack recipe with you. This is so fun when you make it with your little helper. Of course this will be messy but too fun having them around.

Sweet Shells

Ingredients (For medium size 20 shells)
All-purpose flour- 1/2 cup
Butter, melted- 1/3 Tbsp
Cardamom (optional)- 1/3 Tsp seed, grounded
Salt, a pinch
Powdered sugar, for sprinkle
Oil, for deep frying
Fork, for making shape

Method
Step 1: Mix flour, melted butter and salt into a large size bowl. Make smooth dough by adding warm water and make small size balls with the dough.

Step 2: For making the shell shape, flatten the ball dough and slightly press them over the fork and roll to form the shape of shell and remove from the fork. Repeat it to make shells with rest of the dough balls.

Step 3: Heat the oil in a pan and fry the shells until they turn golden color. Transfer them to a paper towel to drain the oil.

Step 4: Sprinkle powdered sugar just before serving. Serve warm.
