I began to introduce smoothie to my
son when he was around 8 months. His first smoothie was avocado banana
smoothie. How he can avoid that smoothie, NO WAY! because avocado is one of his
favorite fruits in the world!!.

I love about fruit smoothies is that you can squeeze plenty of nutrient-rich fruits into a single serving.

Ingredients (For one serving)
Blueberries- 1/3 cup
Banana- 1/2
Milk- 1/2 cup
Honey- 1 Tsp
Pistachios- 5
Method
Wash blueberries and blend
them with banana, milk, honey and pistachios. Blueberry Banana smoothie is ready to
serve.
