Kids need to eat breakfast to fuel
their body for the day ahead after going without food for about 10-12 hours
during sleeping. Breakfast helps to kick start their body’s metabolism. Choosing
breakfast foods that are rich in fiber and protein is very important. Breakfast with high proteins satisfy a child's appetite longer. There are
lots of brainy breakfast menu around us like, scrambled egg, hard-boiled egg,
yogurt, whole grain cereal etc. Whatever we give to our kid we need to satisfy that little tummy.
When I was a kid, my mother used to
make a special green gram recipe for us kids. So, this recipe is something very
special for me. As you all may know green gram is loaded with healthy nutrients
especially with protein and fiber. Also these are easily digestible too, so great
for kids. My son is a picky breakfast eater, so I always looking around for the
breakfast recipes which he should like. Few days back my mother had suggested
me to make this recipe and I was so surprised, “why I did not think about this recipe
which was one of my favorite breakfasts”. So I decided to try it on very next day and yes, he liked it. But I had to change the consistency as per my son’s
taste. He liked it in a soaky way, so i decided to cook my green grams very well. Probably you may have all the ingredients for this “Green gram with
